If you've never tried a less taper grip, do yourself a favor and give them a whirl. I mounted these on my wife's clubs as she has some hand issues and found them to be something I had to try. I'm glad I did. The comfort these provide is well worth the few extra dollars you'll be spending verses the standard taper, oversized grips. I can't promise there will shave four strokes off you handicap, but I think I can say you'll be more than pleased with your purchase.
Good durability. Good tackiness. Very lightweight. If you're going for the lightest possible setup, the Wynn dry tac lite is the lightest grip I've found. I use it on all my longdrive shafts. They weigh on like 20 grams. The weight can vary by a few grams, but the are super lightweight.
I bought a set of XXIO clubs and I play a lot of golf. When it was time to replace the grips, I contacted the company. They recommended only the Dri-Tech Lites and nothing else. These grips would not have been my choice, but I followed that recommendation. Immediately, I loved these grips. They are very comfortable and seem to repell moisture. After 40-50 rounds and as many trips to the driving range, they show very little wear. Recently, I bought a second set of these grips, so when I next have to regrip my clubs I'll already have a set. Give them a try, I think you'll like them.
Less club slipping in your hands, very comfortable.
Love the soft spongey feel and the less taper at the bottom. Great for old hands.
